Directions

Step 1: Starting in the center, sweep liner along upper lid moving towards the edge of the eye, then apply from inner corner of the eye along to the centre to connect the line. Step 2: Use liner tip to trace a wing at the edge. For a more exaggerated, cat-eye look, extend the inner corner line.
