Directions:

 

1. Open the box and remove the kit. 2. Peel off the plastic backing from the tray. 3. Place the tray in your mouth, making sure it covers your teeth completely. 4. Squeeze the blue end of the applicator to apply the gel evenly on the front and back of your teeth. 5. Wear the tray for 20 minutes. 6. After 20 minutes, remove the tray and discard it. 7. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 8. Repeat the process for 5 consecutive days for even more astonishing results or whenever necessary.
