HOW TO USE: Wash the area to be discolored with soap and cold water, dry it. Measure a part of accelerator powder with the spatula and place it in the plastic tray. Clean the spatula and measure two parts of cream by placing it in the plastic tray. Mix the powder with the cream until they form a homogeneous mass.
