ANDINA high quality cosmetic made under pharmaceutical control, is the total bleaching that effectively and safely changes excessively dark hairiness in blonde to match the shades of your skin. HOW TO USE: Wash the area to be discolored with soap and cold water, dry it. Measure a part of accelerator powder with the spatula and place it in the plastic tray. Clean the spatula and measure two parts of cream by placing it in the plastic tray. Mix the powder with the cream until they form a homogeneous mass.
