Directions

Brush teeth and gums gently in a circular motion, holding the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle. Brush the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces of the teeth. Spend at least 2 minutes brushing twice a day. Replace the toothbrush every 3 months or when the bristles become frayed.
